Bishop Martin Pilgrimage

As part of his Pilgrimage of Prayer and Hope Bishop Martin, Bishop of Dudley, visited churches across the Worcester Deanery, part of Church of England Diocese of Worcester, to pray in them. During this pilgrimage he stopped off in St John-in-Bedwardine where he was met by a few members of the congregation. Bishop Martin started by blessed the building and all those who use it. This consisted of a short session at the entrance where he sprinkled Holy Water on the door, then we went into the church for a short Pilgrimage Service, which culminated with another blessing at the font.  Some images of his visit can be found here:
